Returned Goods Instructions
Step 1 :
Before the effective return to our premises, all returned goods must be subject to a return request (email, tel, ...)
Accompanied by:
- The address of applicant (company - name - address - tel. etc ...)
- The product description
- The part number and serial number of the product
- Copy or No of delivery note - (if possible)
- The reason of the return; type of manipulation done with, measurements / curves (if possible ....)
- The date / week Approximate return
Note: Generally, each product will be individually identified
Step 2
If the return is accepted by Kathrein France, a return number (RMA) will be allocated to the product while saving the customer service database.
This information will be communicated very quickly (within about 2 days, excluding holiday periods).
Upon receipt of this RMA Number, product may be returned by yourself:
This (or these) RMA number(s) should be give
- On the product itself - or the pack when returning to our premises - if possible
- On all accompanying documents => compulsory
Without RMA number, the product (s) will not supported or with difficulty ...
Acceptance of return is granted subject to technical validation of the product by ourselves.
Step 3
The Return of the product in our premises, in a resistant packaging for itself => essential
The general conditions of sale can be found on the back of our delivery notes
