Kathrein France - Environmental Policy
As part of its overall quality, environment and safety, KATHREIN group has long worked to sustainable development. Very soon convinced by this philosophy enacted as a basic principle of group development, KATHREIN France is engaged in this process and was certified ISO14001 in October 2002.
In coherence with the objectives of Grenelle Environment today and certified according to EN ISO 14001-2004, we wish to further strengthen our commitment to reducing the impacts of our activities on our environment and thus reduce our environmental footprint.
KATHREIN France agrees to comply with all legal requirements applicable and other requirements to our business by demonstrating permanently for pollution prevention, communication and continuous improvement in respect of all staff and as well as face to face parties concerned outside the company and especially to all our suppliers.
The expression of this commitment is made in 5 points:
- Save natural resources with the same activities,
- Pursue the policy of sorting, valuation of the waste by privileging the non-production of these last ones every time it is possible,
- Take into account for all the important decisions, the environmental impacts in particular in rehabilitation of our buildings,
- Develop, produce and buy "green" by leading in our commitment our partners such as suppliers, subcontractors and service providers,
- Support the mobilization of all staff through internal training and information that echoes these concerns.
The applicable scope of our EMS is the one of our site VERRIERES LE BUISSON and its activities. Our environmental approach joins as the Quality assurance and the Safety in an integrated management system, itself in perfect symbiosis with the QES system of the group KATHREIN. The various regulation and environmental analysis feed our program reviewed periodically review management.
