Transfer of SODHY's activities

Since April 2, 2012, the activities of the company SODHY - a subsidiary of KATHREIN Group - are transferred to VERRIERES LE BUISSON 91 (close to Paris).

With over 20 years of experience, SODHY develops, manufactures and offers a wide range of products and systems in any frequency band from 30MHz to 20GHz.

Beside its product portfolio SODHY provides customized solutions for a large and varied number of environments: In Building coverage, road and rail tunnels, coverage extension and transportation systems.

Alouette

Since 1986 Radio Alouette transmitter station of Mont des Alouettes in France near the city of Nantes has being in operation with a FM antenna produced by Kathrein.
After 25 years of failure-free operation Alouette decided to replace the antenna mast and to renew the antenna system as well. Last September a 4-bay circular polarized FM antenna with 5 Kw nominal power handling has been commissioned just at the moment when France celebrates its 30 years FM jubilee.

Alouette is the 1st regional radio in France collecting 500.000 listeners daily.
